We are pleased to offer Naturgie SA’s Pol Vignan range of alcohol-free wines. The Pol Vignan range of Quality French alcohol free wines has been carefully developed to provide a selection of attractive wines suitable for all different tastes and occasions.
The wines are first selected and the alcohol is then removed using the ultra-modern Pol Vignan method. These two steps guarantee products of high quality, recognisable by their bouquet and fine flavour. A natural process of vacuum extraction of the alcohol molecules at low temperature (less than 30°C), the Pol Vignan method does not cause thermal breakdown since the processing temperatures are no higher than those in fermentation. Enabling rapid alcohol removal (in a few minutes), this method also uses an original system for recovering the wine’s bouquet. The delicate ingredients of the wine are preserved intact. This process can produce alcohol-free wines containing very volatile aromas that would be lost by traditional distillation. The alcohol is removed from the wine under strict conditions of hygiene and does not require the addition of any preservatives. Pol Vignan can be kept for more than three years at room temperature.
