The ordering process is very simple; browse through the website and add the items you wish to your shopping basket. Once you have selected the products you want, you will then be required to register for an account.
Once you have registered your details you will then be able to select your delivery address. You can then choose to either pay for your order online or offline; if you chose to pay online you will be transferred to our secure payment card payment page, where you enter your card details (further details below). Once payment has been processed you will receive an automatically generated email detailing your order. We will advise you via email once your order has been packaged and ready for dispatch.
We currently charge a flat rate delivery charge of £5.99 per order, regardless of quantity. All orders will be packaged to a high standard and should arrive in an undamaged state. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-4 working days, we will inform you via email when you can expect delivery of your order. Please Note: we cannot be held responsible for third party delays.
All orders are packaged to a high standard and we do try to ensure that all orders are received undamaged. However due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer a 100% safe delivery guarantee. In order for us to replace any damaged items, you must inform the courier on receipt of the delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to replace items reported after this time. After we have received confirmation of damaged goods from the courier we will contact you with regards offering a replacement item.
I’m afraid we currently only ship orders within the United Kingdom mainland.
Payments are securely processed through Nochex using the latest 128bit encryption, which means you card details are very safe (at no point during the order process do we view your card details). Payments will appear as a sale to ‘Nochex Ltd’ on your bank statement. Should you choose not to pay by credit or debit card, then we can accept personal cheques made out to ‘SansAlcohol’. Please Note: orders paid for via cheque will not be sent out until payment has cleared (normally 4 working days).
